Recent snRNA research in the Mount lab has been limited to the annotation of snRNA genes in new genomes.
Work on Drosophila has resulted in two publications. One is a large comparative analysis of 12 Drosophila genomes (currently under review at Nature), and other is a companion paper published in January of 2007:
