   Composition per liter

            -12.0g Agar

            -10.0g Pancreatic digest of casein

            -10.0g Peptonized Milk

            -400 mL Tomato Juice

pH to 6.1+/- 0.2 @25 degrees Celsius

 

Sucrose Fermentation Tubes

            -5g sucrose

            -15g phenol red

            -1 Liter water
