This year's exclusive flavor celebrates our love of entomology! Enjoy mantis-green mint ice cream with forest-bark brownie chunks, chocolate chip "ants" and a nectar trail of dark chocolate ganache.

 Keep the entomology celebration going by holding a tarantula, mantis or giant African millipede at the event! Visit the UMD Insect Zoo on the 2nd-floor landing (or patio, weather permitting).
