As mentioned in lecture,
next week we will give a special quiz in recitation.
This quiz will include questions on: the skeletal
(striated) muscle length tension curve, blood
clotting, enzyme kinetics (hint: graph [Substrate]
vs. reaction velocity), and some favorites from
our Exam I.
The Quiz will count for 40
points instead of the usual 20. The extra 20 are
Ofreebiesą, i.e., you could earn an extra 20 points
to make up for your less than stellar performance
on exam I. It will also insure that we are all up
to date and knowledgeable about material we will
need to understand as we move into the cardiovascular
lectures. (2/25/04)
